ABOUT THE PROJECT

As a cherished historic district and thriving civic and cultural hub, Downtown Lehi stands as a testament to its rich heritage and vibrant community spirit. Rooted in history yet poised for progress, it is both a cherished home for many and a bustling center of commerce.

To establish a clear vision for its future, Lehi City is updating the Lehi Downtown Revitalization Plan, concurrently with Historic State Street/100 East Station Station Area Plan. This multifaceted initiative aims to integrate community aspirations while analyzing existing frameworks, market conditions, and socioeconomic trends.

Together, these efforts will recalibrate the city's vision for Lehi's Historic Downtown, providing direction for its evolution into a more unified and thriving downtown
